based on your question 1 thing mainly comes to mind and that is the king cows ilvl is one of the only places in the game that has a chance to drop high level weapons other then act 4 river/chaos etc but the thing is that he is always lightning immune
so if u were farming it with a lightning javazon and not killing king because he was lightning immune that would remove your ability to find those high ed weapons from cows
