I'd make as many cures as I can for self-use + sell when I see someone ISO.
If you can roll a 15/15/15 Mosaic in a nice base that could sell...

At this point, I wouldn't go through the hassle of rolling as a way to profit, unless I was bored and felt like gambling, basically.
