I'm making a poison nova necro. Here's my build atm. I'm not sure if 3pnb is better than one more 5/5 facet in a Circlet. Fyi, i'm not going to use CE.

3 skill > 1 extra facet

You already have 95 flat pen from gear and 65% from LR.
Non-immunes are down to -100
Immunes are down to -13

At this point you get more dps from those 3 skills, even vs immunes, or approximately the same total dmg due to this extra facet reaching the cap of -100 PLR (0.1s longer nova duration)

So use a 3/20 if you want max dmg
Or a 2/20 rare if you want better survivability
