Can someone maybe break down the basic goals and caps of this char to me?

Already got a nice 3ls 3mb gt base for chaos, altho it seems mb isnt that wanted anymore..

should stay within a certain budget tho, if thats possible at all

Dragon flight

These are good skills for chaos imo.

All you need to know frame wise, I believe if i can remember correctly. With 2x gts, you'll need a 30ias gt main hand. 20ias amulet. And 30ias helm to hit proper frames with ww and laying traps

GT needs 19ias to hit 4fpa ww and 42ias for 9fpa laying traps. Bit more if you want to counter arach's slow.
