Question for OG Diablo II LoD players not Resurrected. When dual wielding one handed weapons on a Whirlwind Barbarian is the attack speed averaged between both weapons or does each hand swing using only its own base speed and IAS from that weapon

Playin around with the ias calculator, i am 95% certain they are combined in some way, since choosing different weapon in the second (right) slot changes the attack speed number.
