What are the best Javs for a hybrid zon? (NOT CS... I am just bowa / sometimes impale / jav / lightning fury)

My understanding is that the ias frame is 90 for the max ias for lightning fury and jav/impale

Why do people get 40ias -10 item javs if they can hit the frame easily with ones with less ias?

What do they swap out? Is there something I am missing?

I feel so lost... I currently use Titans and swap out Mat Javs with 1 jav, 10ias, ~275ed and fools mod in some matchups. Wondering if I should sell stuff and fork out tens of thousands of forum gold to buy some 40ias javs

Any help would be greatly appreciated
