With 2 Scourge, I easily get through the nightmare with WW and Frenzy.
In Hell, it takes longer. I haven't even maxed out my mace mastery. I set it to 1. With the + skills, I get to 17.
With my max GC MAX/AR/Life, I get to

With my mercenary who carries Insight, otherwise I drain my mana too quickly by teleporting, and with the aim of rushing a friend as quickly as a witch.

Are you sure you are playing diablo 2?
You would save so much time if you accepted to just press W to swap to real weapons and use WW. You lose way more time by refusing to swap and using frenzy with hotos lol
And you lose skill pts into mace/frenzy for no reason
