I found an eth reapers toll on ssf and Im trying to figure out what the optimal thing to socket it is. Ive got treachery for armor so he has 45ias from that. Do I need a shael rune to hit a breakpoint, or will a 15ias/ed jewel be enough? I cannot find a good merc ias breakpoint website. Any info would be great
