Which is a good sorc for mf, that can at the same time fight good at hell?
Which skills and equip in your opinion? Thx for each reply and opinion

depends what you're running

i personally have a tal rasha maxblock stormshield sorc in hardcore single player

but i just use her for andy terror zone, and in that case firewall is by far the best option

for online nova is the best by far, or blizzard if you're on a budget

or just go hydra sorc this girl can kill anything she's pretty much a trapper on steroid

Basic Blizz Sorc is easy start to run some 85 areas and bosses, when ever you can switch to Nova Sorc ( you need low req Infy ) do so.

What's the most cost-effective dual element build for ladder start? I'm seeing a lot of varied responses like Blizzard + Fireball, Orb + Fireball, Orb + Hydra, etc.

pure blizzard sorc, all u need is cold sunder...

rush ur self through norm/nm/hell
hell cs is ur first point where u can get in real troubble. - also ancients and baal too
get a good merc or create a open game to fight with others to solve it. - or go hybrid, if solo play. but if hybrid will be your strategy, i would do it much sooner
when u have done hell baal quest, start farming terrorzones without cold immunes, to find a cold sunder
