how much ias do i need if im using Fade
Chaos and plague in Runic Talons... but im confused the base has nothing to do with trap laying speed?
Chaos has 35
Plague has 20
Total is= 55 divided by 2 for the average of 27?
and i need 75 ias, so like a 30 ias from helm would still not be enough.
Im trying to get a understanding of this and this is where im at,
