I prefer: griff socked 15 ias maek jool, 2/fce/life/mana/@ resi amu, spirit for fcr, eni, 5 or 6/40 sticks (in cube 1x eth titans for swap if need to repair), 3/20 gloves or 2/20 gloves, 1x fcr ring (Ieven prefer this one as it can give me like all resi and fire or light resi) if amu is 10 else soj or bk, raven 20 dex, tri res boots with frw/fhr, razortail for pierce on swap ctaa + phenix m, inventory 8x skiller, anni, torch, sunder, life/@ resi scs or life/light resi scs.

you should get around 65% fcr atleast with a setup giving you possibility to reach 99% fcr too, around 2k life, resis all over 50%.

skill 1 critical strike, 1 penetrate, 1 pierce --> gives you 12 skill points which equals 75% pierce (with razortail you hit 100%).
the rest clear: maxing charged strike + lightning fury and the synergies.
I remember something is off with the evade, avoid and dodge skill, but dunno if this is still a thing.

with this setuped I lvled 2 zones to 99 so far

almost certainly from a raven, which makes it also unnecessary to have good cold res
but it could come from a cham in griff depending on your jav choice

10 fcr ring with ml, maek, res, stats, life, mana, etc

55 ias (10 frames LF, 9 frames CS)
HL
20 ias gloves with 2 jav skills, res, ml stats
get your last 15 ias from either jewel in griff, or using tstrokes

your choice here...
tstrokes = more dmg, and you can even add a facet in griff
but eth titans are regarded as the best QoL option, giving you frw, stats, high phys dmg + innate life leech, making it easy to sustain with dual leech
And they have fast self-rep of 1 in 3s (rares have much slower rep of 1 in 10 or 1 in 20)
