came across a few people saying that with Energy shield you only need to put 16 - 17 hard points into Telekinesis because is caps at 100%.

however I just thought that it would run over the cap and keep giving you bonus's. Also a few people just saying to max Telekinesis so not sure?

I use my sorc in PvP also and its Maxblock, maybe some SvS players would know the TK cap is real or?

Iirc max telek for 1:.75 ratio. 16 only gives 1:1

so the cap is not real and just max it out ?

I personally thought the same as you that the cap didnt exist.

I mean its breakpoint not really a cap. 16 does 1:1 and 20 is 1:75, imo worth doing the extra 4 points for 25% dr basically
