Nice. Hope you don't mind me playing around here based on what you have written just to give you some ideas of layout. One thing is to be concise and less wordy in guides. I found out too much color blinds the readers, so more of highlighting in Bold is preferred by most. Well that is what I think, and I am a very wordy person when writing it out.

Metamorphosis Earth Shifter Druid Concept Build
Hello & Welcome to my Druid Guide built around the Unique "Earth Shifter Thunder Maul" utilizing the "Physical and Fire damage" which is increased based by "High strength requirement (phys)" and D2r IAS changes including the Runeword "Metamorphosis" with +7 to Elemental Skills increases Fire damage utilizing the skills, items and play style listed below.
Skill Points: End Result:
20 Fury
20 Armageddon
20 Firestorm
20 Volcano
01 Werebear
01 Fire Claws
01 Prerequisites.
0x Moulten Boulder (add any extra points here for either synergy to Fire Claws or my preference, Heart of Wolverine)
#1: Fury is Main Skill utilizing Multiple attacks which Proc +14 Fissure (on striking) @ 25% chance the Synergies increase fire damage while dealing physical damage.
#2: Armageddon adopts synergies to deal Physical & Fire Damage (^me4444 Edit this part if I have it incorrect)
#3: Fire Claws & Werebear receives bonuses from Elemental Synergies.

^me4444 this is where I would add in ideal Items and then add in "optional" items below before talking about Playstyle... or course it is up to you.
Also noticed you did not recommend "Stat Placement", of course enough Strength for the Thunder Maul, dex maybe, guessing rest into Vitality and 0 Intelligence.

Werebear doesnt recieve synergies from elemental skills, Fire Claws investment involves rebalancing so I wouldnt put as a highlight, in this build its basically not important as the Bear form is only to proc Mark and Amp dmg, Fire Claws might appear good for phys immunes but Lacerator casts amp dmg anyway. Fire Claws is potentially much better if it is built around using a pure fire Druid with Sunder and a different weapon. Earth Shifter is for physical damage focus. However swapping the Lacerator for a different weapon and keeping Medusa Gaze would totally allow Fire Claws to shine

And yes Armageddon does get phys and fire synergies, even though this build focuses on physical damage we have to max out the synergies for Fissure to make the proc on striking any good and Firestorm boosts fire damage of Armageddon
Stat placement is Strength to 243 once levelled, basically the only need for Dexterity is for Lacerator so if you choose to use CTA or something else you might not need it, it might even be a build that wants to make CTA in a good damage base as its a fine weapon for proccing Mark of Bear. No need for Energy, all remaining points into Vita.
CTA is probably better, the build does so much single target damage the amp dmg is basically not needed and use of phys sunder would be much easier and CTA is amazing boost to life. I might edit CTA as best in slot for switch and use Lacerator or Demon Limb as alternatives
