If I was to put a 15ias jewel inside armor and helmet and shield would it increase the attack speed of fury skill?

Or is the ias solo based on the weapon of choice?

yes non weapon ias also increases your fury attack speed, as long as it puts you over the next attack frames

In d2lod:
You have a cap of 75 eias.
Ur werewolf skill most likely cover 74 of those 75 eias.
There is a «slowdown» factor, which is a result of ur wepon speed, and wepon wsm. This will be turned into «speedy» factor due to fast wsm and massive wepon ias. Theese will also count into the eias and ur far beyond the cap.

Which is why gear ias is unrelevant for d2lod shapers.

But as a werebear with no skill ias it may become relevant.

115ias giant tresher:
Bug belt(10ias) = 4fpa
Arach (0ias) = 5 fpa or 1 more shael in wep for 4fpa.

D2r has a 150eias cap. Ias from all sources matters.
