If I have 2 claws, main hand has 25% ow and off hand has 50% ow, and I’m wearing gore riders 15% ow, would I have 90% ow total or would I have 40% and 65% when hitting with either claw?

I hope that makes sense…

Gores is 10% OW

But makes your main hand have 35% chance to land OW and your offhand has 60%

Example:
Main hand: Fool’s LoBer + gores = 10%
Second hand: chaos + gores = 35%

Each strike individual.
