Hey, I'm wondering what's the best base for Insight when my merc is using Forty and Andy Face with 15ias jewel. What base has best dmg/ias ratio in such setup? Thanks. : )

I would assume Thresher or Giant Thresher just for the IAS ... however, I am talking about LoD and not D2:R ... you need to research the base speeds of Elite Items. Normally found on Arreat Summit, but if they changed Base items for D2:R, you may need to research Blizzard maybe?
