Telebowa or Fortibowa?
Basically cheap and expensive ones should be build in same way. Difference is you shouldnt buy perfect items or top rolls.
E.g. Price for 120/45ias diadem is ~5k but you can get non-perf ed for approx 500-1000fg. Perfect Faith GMB in 15ed base costs 3k+ when perf roll in 0ed base is few times cheaper (I guess around 500).
