your merc has cold damage and your life leech is useless due to only dealing magic damage

replace your useless arreat with a shako, use at least 1 dwarf and replace your merc weapon and helm with anything else

arreats = fhr, all res, +sk, ll (for frenzy, not berserk) str and dex and 20% attack rating bonus vs shako = mf and +sk and a little bit hp?

I got enough MF (400%) without the shako and around 400% is more than enough anything more gets dimished real hard.

And as i mentioned regarding rings: use whatever u want, dwarf or nagel or stat rings or bk, its all good. Spec for what you want more of.

When it comes to merc weapon, i agree he has cold dmg and you would like to not have cold dmg as i wrote. However he dosnt really kill anything, so i feel the decrepify is worth it. However you can absolutely replace this weapon with something that has high life steal. Heck you can use acty 5 baba with high life steal. Use him as a meat shield anyways.

a lot to unpack here. why is your trav zerker using frenzy?

Berserk is used for elite sniping. “Pitzerker”.
Trav is best run using WW.

Do not use frenzy, you already reach max ias zerk breakpoint anyway, and with enigma you’ll most likely never run anyway.
This is just a massive slowdown since you hit for way less dmg with half of your hits using ali baba.

And if you really want to keep using zerk for trav, then yeah, like it was mentioned already, life leech is useless.

Dwarf rings will outperform anything else, it reduces hydra dmg to zero, 200% GF with no diminishing returns is better than +0.01% chance of dropping a bad set/unique item.

Why use reaper merc on a zerk build?
He reduces phys res, you deal pure magic dmg.
