Please clear up this debate.

Do all monsters have a 5% chance to crit/deadly strike to deal double damage?

Just making sure since diablo.fandom says otherwise

I never heard about this. All i know is that grizzly has 5% crit chance.
So might be something.

Cddam: resulting chance to double damage
CSoskill: chance for Critical Strike (Zon's skill)
CHmastery: chance for Critical Hit via a Mastery
DSequip: chance for Deadly Strike via equipment
monsters and hirelings only:
critMonStats: chance for critical hit from MonStats.txt

Now if we look into MonStats.txt to see what is the critical chance, every monster has a value of 5%, here's proof, I extracted it from my game mpq
