I've researched it a lot and I understand 99% of it but one question I'm looking for and can't find is this. Does magic find affect the quality of a rare (yellow) item drop. For instance if a yellow axe drops and I have zero magic find will it have 1-2 mods and 50-100 we dmg, opposed to if I have 250% mf the axe will have 6mods and 100-1000 dmg Or are these rolls all completely random and based on the TC of the monster?
