So I can kill all three bosses to get the organs without losing an HP. However when I’m fighting the uber mephisto and sometimes Baal, I will go from full health to dead, right before the boss dies.

Why is that? And can I prevent it?

Hes zapping you with lightning and conviction. You need about 100 over res to not get insta jibbed

Alternatively, you can used a lvl 21 or higher conviction yourself. Infinity isn’t high enough.

u can use hustle to prebuff if u need ias
