I've looked everywhere and saw that apparently normal larzuk sells ilvl/alvl up to 45, so doesn't that mean larzuk can sell artisans light plate of the squid and other armors like this ie plate mails, field plates, gothic plates, full plate mails, ancient armors? where artisans affix lvl is 33 and squid affix lvl only 40... How come everywhere I look, everyone keeps saying Nm larzuk/hell charsi/larzuk etc are the best places to shop for an item like this when normal mode would remove other affixes above lvl 45 and nm or hell wouldn't? Am I missing something or are the hundreds of other ppl I've seen talk about this missing something?

ilvl and alvl are not the same
alvl is based on a relation between ilvl and qlvl like this :

IF (Mlvl > 0)
THEN Alvl = MAX(ilvl;qlvl) + Mlvl
ELSE IF (MAX(ilvl;qlvl)<(99-INT(qlvl/2))
THEN Alvl = (MAX(ilvl;qlvl)-INT(qlvl/2))
ELSE Alvl = (2*MAX(ilvl;qlvl)-99))

So for exemple,
A gothic plate has qlvl 32
This means it requires ilvl 56 to be able to roll up to alvl 40

Ancient armor has qlvl 40
This means it requires ilvl 60 to be able to roll up to alvl 40

So not only is this impossible to get in norm,
target farming for a specific ilvl is always a bad idea for way too many reasons to even start explaining.
