No, because they destroyed the bear form and espesially fireclaw version due to new IAS breakpoints and max breaks.

So if you need to go bear, then maul is the new thing. Even with maul achieving the max break of 7fpa is very hard.
They forget that maul starts with only 20% ed and rather low EIAS add on hit 1.
The damage may be: 20-340% ED.
This means each charge adds 20% ED, and stops at 340%. Basicly, it just stops the charge.
