None use the visio mod.
Melee sorc uses dream or that new fire helm.

But 2/20/30/28/2soc is quite nice in it self. So any blizz/fire sorc can use that.

That would give him just 50% fcr

Would 75% fcr be better for Telezealer? I heard they can do ok

Not really. Could use griffon + arach vs nec.
But u dont want 2 fcr rings because then you loose oak.
You also dont want to miss out on highlord
