it makes the item turn a cool blue color so jeweler's items with ctc nova are wanted for the style.

the nova cast can benefit from synergies on sorc, there is a pacifist pvm build that uses it. i made it in single player, kinda fun for the novelty. there is no delay on the casts and you can get like 80% ctc.

but it is mostly notable for the blue color it gives items
