So the damage from spirit of barbs/spirit etc
Is this affected by pvp penalty?
is thorns? Anything special i need to know about?

I'm not sure about penalties but only time I've seen it used in pvp is on a sorc max defense max frozen armor+synergy. Also attackers take damage, bramble+spiritbarb+iron maiden, It's not fast though and tricky to stabilize offensive vs defense gear.
Sorc just stands there and takes hits
