I'm trying to reroll a rare ilvl93+ sorc orb and diadem

Would it be better to use the 6x pskull recipe or the 1x soj/1x pskull recipe? Arreat summit wasn't very clear about what the difference is between these.

Which one would give me a better chance for let's say a 2sorc/20fcr/3blizz orb or a 2/30/20 diadem?

I've used about 500 pskulls now without any luck with the 6skull recipe, so whatever I can do to increase the odds! Let me know.
