Perfect ruby, cham, 40/15, shael in weapon .... whatever you need and can afford. They can always be removed by tp scroll + hel rune.

Yes after playing w/ a socketed jagged star and taking 8 hits to kill a fallen on p1, it's the natural progression

It won't if you use proper skills, sockets and decked out other item slots.... it deal pretty good damage in fact...
