1. Weapon Block - I know that this skill can block casters attacks. But question is do I get any penalty when I run, same like with regular shield block? Or it depends of attacks type (melee/caster)?

2. Is there any point to keep in inventory psn dmg sc (451) when I use Venom (and WW)? Some time length overwritten?

When walk/run, weapon block goes to 0%.
A 451 Psn sc gets reduced down to .4 seconds to venom duration. Reducing the psn sc down to 15 damage over .4 seconds
