You cannot go 95 ias with faith gmb without nosferatu's belt, you need to use diamond bow faith I think but not gmb.

Or windforce with 40/15 jewel

You can also use 4os magic armour with 100life with 4x 40/15 jewl then u can use razor tail and swap cat eye for atmas ammy to proc amp
