Thats a ctc bear nec, but the issue is that bear is so slow now.

So i dont know if bear is even viable now, must at least use fana merc with bramble and use some summons.

Level 15 fana:
109 ias for 7 fpa
40 ias for 6 fpa

If u use metamorph helm:
Then 44ias for 7 fpa

In d2lod you could get 2 frames faster.
