I always wondered, i always build my cold sorces with DF,

For like a non/es build i can get up to 14-16-17k dmg blizz (depending on setup)
For ES build precast also 12-13k
For ES build no precast i get like 9-10k. Don't mind those numbers to much.

A DF 35/5 costs maybe 300fg on NL? Could be a bit cheaper / more expensive.

Now i see some orbs with 2 sorc (or 3cold) 3 blizz 3 cm 20 fcr - 10/10 facet.
In theory its best possible (probably impossible to find...) people also ask crazy amounts of fg for this, same for an obsession with 3blizz/3cm

Is this better then a DF? More dmg? Now with the sunders? Cuz of more lower res/cold mastery?

if you mean pvp, it depends on the rules you are using, if the rules allow you to benefit from the extra negative resist then it will generally be a significant damage increase, if not DF is much stronger
