How much cold mastery do I need for PvE and how does that stack with facets and cold rapture?
As far as I know (might be out of date), I need enough cold mastery for -150% to enemy cold resist minus whatever -% enemy cold resist I have from facets. Is that right? Is it beneficial to stack more cold mastery for monsters with cold immunity broken by cold rapture sunder?
