I have a gearing question…
If I’ve done my research correctly it’s best to run 3 charges on all 6 abilities but 2 charges on PS for the chaos chain lightning.

Bc I play on switch and the chain lightning can get a little laggy I usually end up running 3 charge PS so that I can get the chaos frozen orb effect which doesn’t create any lag issues.

Because of this would it be better to run a Nightwings Veil vs Griffon’s Eye? Most guides say Griffons is BiS but I’m assuming that’s bc most people are only running 2 charge phoenix strike.

no, you need griffon for the fcr and you probably do way more lightning damage with COT than 3 strike PS anyway
