I am sure this has been made 1000 times before but just curious as to what everyones best budget character builds in 2024 would be.

Solo clearing p8 in an easy fashion is not an easy task on a budget.
Depending on what you define as such I would also include hammerdin, as he is able to do just fine and the most expensive item probably being a photo.
Sorcs are falling short due to immunes and without investment they are generally not p8 ready imho.

hammerdin:

lore
spirit
spirit
stealth
caster craft belt
fcr/fire res rings
magefist
skill amulet
frw/fire res boots

get 125 fcr and max block


insight bow, if u like a merc
- will not die that much as a act2 merc will do with crap gear

Cows are relatively easy early on. Prob best drops based off limited items

how budget? like the most basic mosaic sin?

foh pala is n1 budget char with huge dmg and good survability balance but ofc not for all areas (just for undead's)
