For gm svs its capped at 78%es
Wondering what ratio energy to vitality i should go. Im assuming it should be split more so i have a better balance life/mana ratio than just 100% mana?

I like around 5k mana on 105fcr and around 3.5k mana on 200fcr es fb

But svs vita is meta because sorb was bm for es dunno if this change tho.

you want the damage taken from your typical opponents to fall below the life-> fhr animation chance breakpoint threshold. This is only really needed for low es such as 78%. For vs. all I liked 2.4-2.5k life minimum on low es, rest mana. Different skills have different thresholds, so what works best for you is entirely based on who you are dueling, your es %, your mdr/damage reduction both integer and %, resist, and life total. You might need to do a bit of testing.
