Got 2 crucial questions.

1) After 2.4, everybody is saying off hand wsm does not matter anymore. Is there any official/clear statement from Blizzard? If not, how to verify validity?

2) For pure PVP trapper, is it really needed to brake the 63ias to counter arach. Is it just doable with 42ias? How long arach slow lasts amd how significant it is?

offhand wsm is irrelevant for trap speed now
since life rep cap has been lowered from 40 to 33, its notably easy to reach GM life cap amount. giving you little reason to not "always" run 70ias in main hand Greater Talon (40ias base + 2x 15ias jewels)

you dont get much from the second jewel slot given how easy it is to 33 rep

if your only going to buy 1x main hand, make it a 40ias with 2x 15ias jewels.

if you trying to min/max, you will want both a 42ias one and a 63ias one.
