What circlet will I have most use from in pvp?

i have now 110 frw because i use blood boots 30 instead of aldur 40.

should i switch 1 life skiller and 1 small charm for 7 frw+ 3frw to get back to 115 as people say this should be minimun?

Aldurs are better overall. Only way blood boots can even remotely compete is if they are perfect with rep life and cold res but even then you can get more life with aldurs and equal rep

Also if you’re talking nvd coa would be better than either of these until you can get at least a 1-2/20/20/2os

Blood boots are viable for the rep life.

And they can also have dual res which light and fire res are preferred
