A little bit confused on ladder only items

i saw a certain runewords was ladder only but I saw somewhere you can make it on non ladder, and it doesn't matter

but i just tried making cure on nl and it didn't work....

so is ladder only runewords still applies to d2:r like it was in d2 lod?

D2L still has the old runewords separated into L/NL. in D2R, only the newest batch of runewords are ladder-exclusive, everything else (old D2R runewords and all D2L runewords) can be rolled on NL as well

can only carry over ladder runewords onto non ladder. Cant make ladder runewords on non ladder. So don't do what I did and make Hustle on NL, you'll just end up with a shitty armor

can't make hustle, the 4 helms cure idk the names of the others. can't make mosaic or metamorphosis.

can make all the old ladder rune words.

can make flickering flame, wisdom, mist, plague, unbending will.

idk about the staff.
