Hey guys, does anyone have any decent classic builds for different chars ?
currently have a hammer pala, and ww barb, but wondering what my endgear goal should be

well I would assume for the ww bard 2x GF's would be good.

never played classic? only normal uniques, neither exceptional nor elite



for a WW barb, you want the highest dmg weapon you can find, attack speed does not matter at all (usually martel). rest of gear for life/res/str (total str is important since it is one of the few sources of total dmg you have)
for hammerdin, i guess 75fcr (if not possible, then go 48fcr) and maximum skills to hammer and conc (look for a good scepter here!). rest of gear for survivability/mf, dex does not affect block in classic (so adjust your Holy Shield lvl accordingly, twitchthroe has a nice block bonus)

Wait for more experienced classic players, i only played a bit

Most end game gear in classic are rare items with 2 or 3 res
For pally you want to shop for magic scepter 2skill/3con/3bh sometimes they roll with 10fcr
Helm dual res/life30+/fhr
2skill ammy with fcr/str/life/@res or stack res
Armour dual res/life/fhr
Rings fcr/mana/dual res/str or life
Belt 16slot fhr/life/str/dual res
Boot frw/fhr/tri res
Glove magefist
Shield 2skill/fhr/30/20block/75pdr/@res or stack res
You be doing 12k hammer
Socket helm/armour with perf ruby for more life and shield with perf diamond which will cost sojs
Try max out lightning and fire first priority

Good setup for HDin above, for Barb you want go higest Def items and basically Martel De Fer is weapon what you want to use, you can use imbue quest for your first white Martel you get, so you have a starting weapon. Other EQ is like Grim Helm + Orante Plate + War Gauntless + War Belt + Goblins + Rare Amu and Rings ( Angelics also work if you have low AR ). Get Life + Res + AR + Str as stats your items. Martel and Amu can be +Barb skill.

If you find yourself dying a lot you can go with battle hammer+shield so you can block some rare items will spawn with like 3x durability it will save you from repairing all the time
