So Berserk does not require much ias to reach max cap

However I'm wondering which one between grief or death is stronger on Berserk barbarian?

Is the glacial spike proc valuable to prevent monsters from attacking 0def barb ?

the only reason to use the death cb over the grief is if you are going to 2 hand it. it wouldn't be terrible for that but a cs or some of the two-handed axes would be better. death decapitator and cs might be out classed by botd thunder maul and war pike too idk.

a grief cb cs or zwie might be better than a pb though because swords have good durability and range matters more if you are only using 1 weapon.

big dmg vs not so big dmg. laek helps you since you can't ll. glacial spike would shatter the corpses you should be looting. you'd also struggle with ias with death

there is no setup close to a grief + highlords + gface + gores (70ds 50cb)

you can play botd or death setups for fun, even eth death cleaver but its not even close to the setup i noted above

maybe u can justify in some cases where u dont play highlords/gface/gores but why wouldnt you... it will be inferior anyway
