two hand it and ww. sheal it. 20 ias from gloves, 20 from sword, 20 from ammy, 15 from helm, = max ww speed.

It's kind of mid unfortunately. I was using it with oath on frenzy barb when I couldn't get griefs and it's pretty lackluster. WW you will really sacrifice alot to get the IAS
