hm. CBF shouldnt be that big of a factor in D2L (i guess?). if i assume 35k DEF, then going from 22k to 23k AR means your chance to hit increases from 38.6% to 39.6% (on equal levels that is), relative increase is 2.6%. relative increase in life however is 3.3% so i tend to go for the higher life option here in a first estimate
