Making a blizzard sorc mainly for pub pvp. Do I need 105 fcr? I'm using jmod instead of spirit so don't need fcr rings/ ammy or is 68 (or whatever the bp before 105 is) enough?

105 is way to go also JMoD is stupid to use.
