how many skill points do you need to have a decent energy shield? would 1 to es 10 to telekinesis be good?

If PVP, 20 telekinesis.

If PVM, 1 point and focus on damage/clear.


PVP ES is either 95% or whatever from CTA staff/memory/prebuff you want to bother with.
