Is my attack speed reduced if i use as greater claws as off hand and greater talons as main hand?

There are many confusing info on the web
1) gc have slightly lower ias than gt
2) off hand weapon ias does not matter? As of 2.4 patch?

it matters for certain skills

some martial skills use only main hand, some use both claws

so yeah its reduced gc compared to gt but it wont matter much

you should use BoS while charging up anyway so
