Remember seeing someone posting the following regarding the frw from titans:
```It works, it just doesn't work until you stop and then run again.
If you swap while running it won't alter your actual FRW until you stop and then run again.```

Referring to swapping between bow and jav side while running.

Any idea if that's true and we really need to stop moving and then start again so as the extra 30frw will apply?

In all my years of playing d2, i never noticed this was a thing. The frw changes when you run or stand still and swap. There is no bug there.
