Is death on ww barb viable now with the changes to ias? Or is it still not as good as 2x grief pb for PVM, Griefz/Beastz for PVP?

can't speak for pvp but no, it can't compete with +400 dmg. CB is all death has going for it and you already have plenty of that from guillaume and gores.

2h Death ( CS ? ) also works iirc, with Ias Jeweled CoA

I know on frenzy, death offhand seems to help melt bosses vs 2x griefs

Grief Grief or Death Death. Too much ias requirement for Death swords, PB is too weak for Death.

technically it works. but its still worse than grief grief.

barbs critical strike makes death's deadly strike not very attractive

barbs high crushing blow from guillames and gore riders makes death's crushing blow not very attractive


when built correctly, barb has natively high deadly strike / critical strike and high crushing blow. so no reason to use a weapon with lower weapon damage than grief just to get marginally more deadlystrike/crushing blow
