Does eth+selfrep matri javs replenish when they hit 0 in quantity?
Or do they work like rare melee weapons that doesn't self repair once hitting 0?

I used my eth javs to 0 and they replenished

they rep either 1:10sec or 1:20 sec, and they will always replenish aslong you are in game yeah.
