Since there is now a cold sunder gc, do I use infinity on the merc or insight for my blizzard sorc? Assuming I have cold sunder

Usually people go Lightning or Nova after getting infinity. But as much as - cold is what you want. Since Cold Mastery and Infinity only work at 1/5 of its value.
